2. the bed was great and we slept comfortably every night-very nice lobby area and stained glass doors on main entrance-our socks weren't filthy after walking around in the hotel room so you can be sure the floors were relatively clean-hotel staff made us a new key for our room without complaint or hesitation when we locked ourselves out, but only after verifying my identity.

3. The building is beautiful & historical and the lobby has hard wood floors, brick walls, and gorgeous stained glass doors.

4. Even though the room appeared clean, the carpeting in our room was stained and soiled, the bathroom ceiling vent had a buildup of dust and debris, and the bathroom sink did not drain well.
