3. If you stay here, which should only be because you can't afford somewhere better, request a room which is not on the street to avoid the street noise.

4. Perhaps in the future with such groups, problems could be avoided if the leaders were told on check in or made to sign an agreement that groups cannot congregate or have conversations in the halls, and all group activities should take place in the lobby or elsewhere.
