1. We found the 'dark' decor and the space of the suite very relaxing and, as a light sleeper, surprisingly I found the road noise was not at all intrusive but quite soothing (.

4. This hotel is located within easy walking distance from the Riverwalk and the Alamo as well as Hemispere Park--close enough to everything without being right in the middle of all the noise.

7. there is an interstate exit and entrance 50 feet from the hotel but we didn't hear any traffic noise at all.

10. Despite being right on a major street, the outside noise was minimal (though if you tend to be sensitive to noise, ask for a room on the side of the hotel away from Commerce).
