2. stayed at the Plaza in Salt Lake city on business Trip first off the shuttle driver picked up at hotel waited 40 minutes for shuttle the driver named Ron immediately solicited a tip from me while driving and exiting airport very rude thing to do shuttle was very old and dirty.
