5. The only problem we had was there was a large school group staying there that was performing a Christmas concert and the young people kept the elevators tied up and my room was on the 10th floor and I was in a cast recovering from a broken ankle but the hotel did their best under the circumstances to keep them clear and opperating properly and can`t be blamed for some of the young people being inconsiderate.
