4. stayed at the Plaza in Salt Lake city on business Trip first off the shuttle driver picked up at hotel waited 40 minutes for shuttle the driver named Ron immediately solicited a tip from me while driving and exiting airport very rude thing to do shuttle was very old and dirty.

6. great location, but that's about it; lobby size and cleanliness misleading; wallpaper was coming off the wall in our hotelroom, not to mention the pubic hair left in the bathtub; microwave in room was dirty, as if it had never been cleaned, and coffee maker was missing the coffee pot.
