1. My only complaint is the noise factor that comes from a fan that continuously runs in the bathroom and the noise that comes from other rooms having their wall heating/air conditioning turned on during the night.

2. There is a bit of noise from the light rail if you stay on that side of the building, but, I live in a city, so I'm use to ambient city noise.

5. The only small issue was noise coming up from the street, thus if you are a light sleeper rather ask for a room at the back of the building.
