1. problems with my heater - it seemed to be all or nothing so I either froze or was too hot.

7. Several people in our research group have complained of a variety of room problems ie: leaks, inadequate room assignments, small coffee maker without carafe, plugged toliet, poor ability to transport groups from the airport to the hotel.
