The only 'glitch' was so minor it is not worth mentioning but I fell to do in the interest of fairness and balance; there was a delay in recording my Breakfast check to my Room account when I was checking out (I have no use for 'delayed charges') which was corrected with at worst a ten minute delay - bygones be bygones.
