1. What I was hoping, and expected, was to hear someone say, 'I apologize for the problems, let me get a manager for you to discuss this with'.

2. My major issue was the workout room - 1 treadmill out of order, two had problems with the TV so that left just 2/5 that worked with TV.

10. This is an easy place to get to, construction is going on right next to it but we didn't have any problems resulting from it, I loved having valet parking, it is well worth the $15 if you ask me.
