1. No microwave and refrigerator in the room; but since there are lot of entertainment and restaurants in the downtown area so that was not an issue.

2. My only issue is the water in the shower does not get hot enough but my colleagues are experiencing the same issue so this seems to be a general issue with the hotel.

3. My major issue was the workout room - 1 treadmill out of order, two had problems with the TV so that left just 2/5 that worked with TV.

6. We had repeated issues, and the only reason this hotel is not getting the lowest rating of 1 out of 5 is that when we brought issues to the management's attention, they always attempted to resolve the issue or gave us Marriott points to compensate us.
