2. If noise doesn`t bother you then fine however, it may be worth asking for a south facing room or avoiding the hotel entirely until the construction is complete.

3. avoid the bar, $10 for a Corona is exorbitant especially when there are two awesome brewpubs within 10 minutes walking distance (Red Rock and Squatters) much more reasonably priced.
