1. 3 different groups of our guests got so frustrated that they booked rooms at the Hilton instead- they made the right decision.

2. It is also very annoying and frustrating that when you call for assistance, the operator helps you first and there is lack of communication with the other depts, especially front desk.

3. I also was over charged for a long distance call which should have been covered by my internet cost, but the desk was less than cooperative and I found haggling over a $13 bill too frustrating to continue with the condescending clerk.
