2. One morning we were woken at 7 AM by the loudest noises imaginable- the demolition of the bathroom in the room right next door using a mini jack hammer, and sledge hammers- I know because I went into that room to see what could possibly cause such loud noises.

4. For comparison, I stepped out onto the fire escape stairwell, and the noise (during the day) was pretty loud.
