3. The worst part of the hotel experience was that on the second night next door two dogs had been loudly barking and clawing-scratching the door and walls in room from midnight to three in the morning.

8. You're too close to the worst part of town - just over the bridge there are several missions/ shelters and there were several instances where folks wandered into the property.
