1. The biggest drawback is the lack of a swimming pool .

2. What we didn't like: the noise, thin walls, expensive parking, lack of individual AC and heat units in each room, although they tried to help this situation by providing a fan and space heater.

3. Good location, easy to get around Portland but the hotel lacked any reason to hang out in the hotel or room.

4. There was mold and mildew on window coverings and in tub, leftover food in refrigerator, 2 dirty box fans were available because there did not appear any air conditioning, staff was rude and lacking follow through and we got panhandled in the parking lot and in the lobby.

10. The amenities were lacking, and stacked on top of a thrift store, beat up mini-fridge, with nothing in it to eat or drink.
