3. This hotel STRANGELY has a rule about what date they start their air conditioning and each April it warms up prior to their HARD AND FAST RULE about turn in on in May.

6. Phones did not work, internet did not work, torn shabby furniture, desk staff hard to communicate with, parking was too expensive.

10. The other is that the hotel turns off the heat/AC when the temperature is between 55 - 70 degrees, and you have to rely on a small, noisy and hard to operated space heater if for example, the temperature is 57 degress and you would like to be comfortably warm.
