1. Grout is mold covered, broken soap dish, broken toilet paper holder, broken shower head base, sink stopper missing, hot water slow to heat up, etc.

5. There was mold and mildew on window coverings and in tub, leftover food in refrigerator, 2 dirty box fans were available because there did not appear any air conditioning, staff was rude and lacking follow through and we got panhandled in the parking lot and in the lobby.
