1. You are made to feel comfortable, questions are answered, problems solved, and you are greeted when you have been out as if you were coming home.

3. The staff were considerate enough to warn us that we may hear some city sounds and asked if that would be a problem.

5. My room did not have any noise problems, except for the 2 am helicopter assault on the Occupy Portland campers - and, no, I am not kidding, it really did make enough noise to wake me up.

7. Only concern would be the street noise but if that is a real problem then just choose your room on the higher floors.
