1. The windows were old fashioned and single-paned, which perhaps could be the only negative thing I would comment about the room.

5. noticed that a lot of people weren't tipping the valet, which has a negative impact on overall service and morale (if you are getting on priceline, then you're probably getting a good deal)- parking is $29.

7. I totally understand that travellers can have very different experiences at the same hotel - but I was amazed to see the negative reviews for the Benson when we had such a pleasant stay there.
