1. The only complaint I would have would be when we asked for a cab back to the airport, they called a car service and I think we paid double of what we would have paid with a cab.

9. Grand lobby, morning coffee & afternoon tea & cookies were nice, rooms were clean & quiet, no view, decor in room was fine, a little dull, dated maybe, very comfortable bed and nice linens, service was accommodating, no complaints really, was a good experience & would do it again.

10. Grand lobby, morning coffee & afternoon tea & cookies were nice, rooms were clean & quiet, no view, decor in room was fine, a little dull, dated maybe, very comfortable bed and nice linens, service was accommodating, no complaints really, was a good experience & would do it again.
