9. unfortunately I don't know the names of the young men at the door, or I'd mention them as well, but they'll call a cab for you with a smile on their face and then make conversation with you until your cab arrives, at which point they'll run to open both the door and the cab door for you.

10. Also, our room (#801) in a great spot on the top floor, but unfortunately adjacent to the elevator machinery so any time anyone used the elevator we could hear a slight hum.
