1. I've heard people complain about the parking price, but I looked at a number of downtown hotels before this one and they were all about the same.

3. It really annoys me when people complain of room size for this type of hotel, the size was perfect for us and what we expect and the details of the room, eg: crown molding and giant windows are such a bonus.

10. The front desk staff always seemed to be chomping on gum and could never manage to look you in the eye, the doormen were often horsing around as I left or arrived, the bartender was complaining in front of me about back of house politics to his coworker, etc.
