1. The gym is tiny but I've never felt uncomfortable in it--in fact, I've never had to share it with anyone other than my boyfriend.

2. But it's an older building and a boutique hotel, so one expects that - and really, what do you need acres of empty carpet for when you can have such a lovely smaller space? My only small quibble might be that the bath tub was the smallest I've ever seen and was quite uncomfortable for a relaxing soak.

3. I wanted to love this place and was very excited to stay here but it just did not work out that way, My bed was super uncomfortable, the walls are super thin I could hear talking, toilets flushing etc.

4. + Close walking distance to the Pearl District - shopping, restaurants, breweries (but the more casual and dive bars are on the other side of the river)+ Free internet access+ Right next to a light rail station that takes you to the airportCons:- The room was on the smaller side, but not too small to make the stay uncomfortable.
