5. Negatives: in bad weather, the 10 blocks to restaurants in downtown is a bit of a haul and the parking downtown is terrible.

8. Its clean, comfortable, well designed, and best of all now the showers work, the water is the bathtub is both hot and clean (was a terrible nasty brown color in the old hotel) and the rooms are nicely decorated without being over the top; we will be going back.
