1. It is normal for hotels to overbook, just like airlines do and they did their best to accommodate us.

2. They picked up the tab at the Hilton since it was their fault they overbooked their hotel.

3. When we got there they didn't honor our Hotwire reservation since they overbooked but they did put us into the Hilton at the airport which was actually a nicer hotel and shuttled us to and from the concert and back to our car which we left in their parking lot the next morning.
