1. They are filthy and in very poor condition with metal strips broken and the carpet on the bottom is pretty much black instead of the intended red color.

5. The only fault I could find is that when I tried to adjust the a/c (before I realized you needed to do this on the wall), I accidentally pulled out the a/c filter and it was completely filthy.
