1. He is a very courteous gentleman who went out of his way to make sure my meeting room was set up the way I needed it to be and worked quickly to correct a few minor errors (not enough tables/chairs kind of things) before my meeting started.

5. After talking to the Manager twice who refused to discuss this error with me as I reserved in my husbands name, I asked my husband to call the Manager and resolve and after 4 messages to this man my husband finally gave up.
