1. I usually think people complaint to get something for nothing but in this case Holiday Inn and this one hotel doesn't care about providing customer service.

2. The only complaint/concern that I had during the overnight stay was that being a Priority Rewards Member, I had requested an EARLY check-in (1100hrs) for a KING SIZE room along with a LATE check out ( 1400hrs ) the next day.

10. Biggest complaint was cool/lukewarm water for the shower at 3:30am (you can't tell me too many people were using hot water at that hour).
