1. We only had one night in Philly, and the weather was terrible, but the hotel was terrific and we were upgraded to a beautiful room.

2. Had a terrible massage and then hoped to relax by the pool, but they must open the fitness center to outside memberships- there were TONS of little kids screaming in the pool and dressing rooms, slamming lockers, etc (locker room is shared with the spa)- complete with inattentive parents.
