1. I do have to be honest in that I have stayed in other resorts that offer a much better quality mattress and bedding, but again it was very comfortable so I really can't complain - just not what I would have thought for the cost of the room and it being a Leading Hotel of the World.

2. Finally, if we had only paid say $200-$400 for the night, perhaps I would have given the review 5 stars and not complained at all.

3. Again, hard to complain, but we got the feeling that for some reason that was more convenient for them (because there's a washer/dryer & kitchen sink in the suite perhaps easier to clean?).
