4. The only complaint is that the air conditioning unit in the room is quite loud and took some getting used to (had to use my earplugs to prevent it from waking me up when it kicked on).

6. I had a few complaints--an impossible to understand $100 free coupon which cost $50 and the usual champagne and chocolate covered strawberry welcome when you really just want a quick efficient check in--but oversll we were more than satisfied with our stay.

7. Lucia - manager on duty is inflexible as to upgrading me to accommodate my complaint but did offer to take an additional 350.
