1. However, much to the hotel's credit -- and why we will continue to return to the Rittenhouse -- when we told the manager about the problem, he insisted on crediting us the cost of breakfast.

4. The concierge will help you do late checkouts, insanely early check ins (I often arrive before 9am straight from the airport and never have a problem getting into my room), and will basically solve any problems you have, and the cleaning staff are unobtrusive and super sweet.
