However, Michelle, Mary, & Timothy at the Front Desk were not apologetic & never smiled & were not really friendly-I mean, they weren`t rude, just not up-beat, polite or friendly in that 5 star hotel way--no better than checking in at a Sheraton, but I don`t expect that special touch at a Sheraton.
