ly, like many Ritz properties, we had to request Bulgari bath products, slippers, an extra robe and towels, but they were happy to deliver them once we did.

Some things I wish the hotel had: indoor pool (like the Ritz-San Francisco); double-paned windows (let's just say every driver in Philly uses their horn, and it doesn't matter what time it is); bigger room service menu (and the food is just average,
