While the old-world feeling of this building is to die for, some of the furniture and other accessories were noticeably dated and in need of repair (for example, our toilet paper dispenser was loose on the wall and our comforter had more than a few threads hanging out of the seams and most of the furniture had knobs missing).

Many changes have been made since the new ownership (not in the favor of a guest) Below are just a few points regarding my stay:-Limited bar (only offers one type of lower end vodka)-Very poor food presentations-Staff asking your name and check in date upon walking into the club lounge-Bed linen now polyester -Used soap bar in bathroom upon check in-Charge for hotel internet (not included in club level ).

7. I wrote a complaint to the Hotel In Phiadelphia, and also to the general Ritz Corporate but have not heard anything to date.
