1. The first and worst is the terrible card key system that MUST be used everytime you use an elevator.

3. The only two negatives would be the elevators are very slow when the hotel gets full and this hotel has the worst sofa bed mattresses of any hotel the I`ve stayed at with Marriott.

4. This was one of the worst hotel stays I`ve ever had and considering the money I had to spend (220) by far the worst waste of money I`ve ever spent.
