4. Given that the hotel is perfect for families, this was a bit of a disappointment (although I was fully aware that there was no pool prior to booking)Dropping Bags off at the hotel was a challenge as the valet parking area was always crowded (triple parked in some cases).

5. (regular Marriott, Courtyard, and this Residence Inn) We finally chose the Residence Inn because we are a family of 4 and for the same price you get twice as much space plus free hot breakfast (the waffles and whipped cream were a big hit) We were not disappointed.

6. I have to say, when I first opened the door I was a little disappointed with the size of the room.

7. The only disappointment was that we requested a roll-away bed and it was even confirmed in our email, but when we checked in we were told they do not have roll aways.
