1. Some reviewers mentioned that the hotel was older, but we didn't find this to be a problem at all.

2. I've stayed here multiple times and most of the time the staff has been very helpful - only once did I have a problem with a staff member and after speaking with a manager, I was helped very quickly.

4. On my second day when I stopped at the front desk and spoke with the Staff the young lady was courteous and corrected all the problems.

7. The living room and bedroom were in the same area (this was a king room) with no separation but for us that was not a problem.

10. I haven't checked everything there but I would look at booking one of the other Marriotts a block away, the Courtyard or the regular; but I wonder that if those hotels are of the same vintage that they would also have the problems I outlined.
