1. The front of the building is shabby (scaffolding, residence inn sign is falling off) and the tiny lobby very underwhelming.

2. Overall the room was clean though the decor was dated and shabby, and the room was overdue a 'deep clean' (There was a lot of dust in not so easy to reach places and around carpet edges, staining on curtains next to wash basin, etc).

3. Cons- Room shabby- sofa bed needs to be replaced - bathroom is small and kind of icky no fan for ventilation.
