1. The hotel could not combine my reservations into one (as a third party entity had paid for my stay for one night and I paid for the others) and I had to unfortunately check in and check out each and every day.

10. unfortunately, we got stuck with two double beds as they were out of king-sized beds, but at least they were comfortable with nice fluffy pillows.
