We stayed in a family room for four and was very impressed with all aspects of this hotel -the reception had a wonderful smell every time you walked through - the lifts were sometimes a pain but the rooms were well equipped and clean - the location was perfect for sightseeing both by foot or by subway -the staff were incredibly helpful ,even booked our Phillies tickets and hand delivered them to our room - nothing was too much trouble - I would definitely recommend this hotel.
