1. the staff was great as well - like i mentioned before about the noisy neighbors, i called the front desk and minutes later it was quiet.

3. The only issue I had was that I couldn't turn off the extractor fan in the bathroom, which was very noisy but I just closed the bathroom door at night and I slept just fine.

5. we didn't like our first room by the elevator (an '03' room), and they were very willing to change that for us--thank goodness because those very fast--but pretty noisy--elevators are always running.
