3. I spoke to their sales manager and their executive assistant hotel manager and was told they would address those issues but was not offered anything to compensate me for all the inconvenience.

5. The only issue I had was that I couldn't turn off the extractor fan in the bathroom, which was very noisy but I just closed the bathroom door at night and I slept just fine.

6. My son received a small pack of crayons and mini coloring book at check-in, which he liked, but I read on another website that a toy was issued at check-in.

10. I noticed other doors with the same issue so I know it is not just my room, and a simple draft guard would likely block most of the noise.
