2. Then you get closer and find the furniture is broken, the comforter has visible threads pulled out of it, the lights weird to use if they work at all, exposed wiring, uncomfortable beds, etc.

3. If that makes you uncomfortable that's on you ( being from NYC that's a plus in our book), but don't be shocked when the boys all congregate out front after the bars close).
