1. *A broken curtain that I couldn't get shut all the way, which left a 2-3 ft opening*TV had problems changing channels.

10. I love Dunkin' donuts coffee - so that was a fun option and shows that the staff did try to go out of their way to provide a good morning experience despite the inconvenience of the broken elevator.
