Positives - superb location; extremely helpful staff (when I asked for water, they delivered about 6 bottles to the room); very spacious and nicely decorated room with large bathroom; coffee constantly available for free in receptionNegatives - lacks facilities of large hotel but it is a boutique hotel.

2. Further evidence that the hotel is running on a corporate mentality comes in a slight lack of attention to detail - not enough lighting in the rooms, as has been mentioned, and odd placement of light switches, cupboard doors that came off etc.
