The concierge was rude and not helpful - upon checking in we were informed there were no more king beds (which we pre-paid for) so we had to take a double the clerk also told us the manager had to open up the room, when we joked 'What's wrong in there?' he replied 'You are only here for 2 nights, so it's not that bad', the woman next to us was trying to switch rooms because unknown to every one else there was an Anime convention going on with kids running around in costume keeping their neighbors up at night - the man helping her basically said 'too bad, maybe tomorrow'.
