We took the room because we were already tired and didn't feel like waiting until some other room became available or what not, we got room 415 the sheets were dirty both the flat and fitted sheets, there was roach eggs on the floor, the phone was broken so instead of replacing it they put another one in the room on a table and the best part is that the a/c was broken, I called housekeeping they came to change one of the sheets and I told her about the broken a/c and supposedly she called someone to come fix it because even after an hour we were still waiting for it to be fixed, NO ONE CAME.
