1. We then found hair in our food at the Augustine Grill within the hotel and the service was incredibly poor.

4. We had friends who tried two of the few rooms where wifi was supposedly available and they had such poor signal in both that it wasn't usable.

5. whilst Iam not saying i agree with this it seems to be the case, all you have to do is look at most of the poor comments and the majority have booked rooms with priceline etc you really cant expect to get the same standard of room for a very very low price as some one who pays more than double no matter where you stay.

8. To me it is a clear sign of poor maintenance of the premisses and one of the most serious flaws a hotel can have, in my opinion.

9. That being the case, I specifically asked for a room away from the road and was quickly given a corner room right next to the road, as a result sleep quality was very poor.

10. booked a king room but arrived and only had sigle room available, and would not issue a refund, in room phones did not work, internet not available, no cell phone coverage in room, lights did not work and reception were completely unhelpfull and had no interest in helping, and would not issue refund, rooms were poor condition, what a nightmare.
